    Hi all

I found a strange behavior with your plugin installed on my Woocommerce site

    PRE-REQUIREMENT
The product XXX has stock for 3
    WooCommerce PayPal Payments enabled

    STEPS
I add in my cart the product XXX, quantity 3
I pay my order using Paypal gateway I complete my order successfully

    BEHAVIOR OBSERVED
The site shows me the thankyou page
    The cart is not empty
If I visit the cart page, I got an error message which says me that the quantity of product XXX is stock is not enough to complete my order

    BEHAVIOR EXPECTED
The site shows me the thankyou page
    The cart is empty
If I visit the cart page, “empty cart” message is shown

    Thanks

    Diego

    Hello @eumene

You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts
Please let us know how this works out for you.

If the issue persists, to better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report file
The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
You can share it either here in the forums or privately with us from here:

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hi @femiyb

Sorry, I forgot to update the issue.

I fixed using a workaround: I forced reload the thank you page one the customer reaches it.

The checkout shortcode empties the cart when the thank you page is rendered, so the cart should be empty after the user has seen the order completed… it doesn’t… but if the user reload the page then the cart is empty…

I really don’t know which plugin makes conflict but I think should be a caching side effect + slow site + ajax fragment + async order status update… too many things…

    Thanks for support

    Diego
