cart is empty although items are added

    Hello,
    when I click on “Add to Cart” the item is added
    then click on the “Basket” icon you can see the items in the basket
    BUT when you click on “VIEW CART” https://prnt.sc/tzlio0
    you get a page saying “your cart is currently empty” https://prnt.sc/tzljas

    WP, theme, and plugins are compatible with the latest versions. everything happened after updates.

    please help

    I can see some red alerts in the status report and I read an old post about clearing some options on the Tools tab, but I don’t want to do it without confidence which I don’t have…
