Cart is empty

When i try to buy something as a regular user, i get the “your cart is empty” message. If i’m logged-in to my wprdpress backend, the transaction goes on smoothly.
I am currently using:
– woocommerce 2.4.12
– woocheckout
– the events calendar proplease help ASAP
