    I saw a similar post of the forum here and I can also confirm that is a real deal breaker. Although I am using the plugin on my website at the moment, I do intend to switchover to another vendor as the bounce rate due to this cart emptying is close to 15%. Please tell me if there’s anything I can do from my side to rectify this. Thanks

    Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, in favour of our official Support Portal, but we’re going to fix that now!

    This issue was fixed in v2.4.0. Please upgrade to our latest version and let me know if you face any issues!
