Cart icon URL

My website theme comes with a cart icon as well as a wishlist icon.
Those two icon are the only 2 links in the website that aren’t being changed to translated links.
For example cart icon while translated should direct to
yourwebsite.com/cart/?lang=ar
however, using this icon it goes to
yourwebsite.com/cart/

So if you click on either icon the website goes back to English.

If you manually navigate to yourwebsite.com/cart/?lang=ar it works, however, the icon isn’t automatically editing the link.

Please provide me with any tips to fix this?
I can edit my theme or your code if it’s needed as I’m good with PHP.
