Cart Icon not appearing in menu

Hi there,

This sounds like a great plugin and I would like to use it on my site. I am running the latest version of WordPress (3.5.1) and have activated your plugin (free version), but it doesn’t appear on my site.

I have tried creating a test menu and adding it in different positions, but it still didn’t show up until I added another page to that menu. This is obviously not ideal. What I want to do is at it to my primary top menu.

I’d really like to take advantage of this plugin and depending on how it works I would have no problems upgrading to the pro version, so any help would be appreciated ??
