    Hi Sébastien,

    We have been facing issues on our WordPress website, we have been using cocart pro, but the problem is when we enable the plugin in WordPress for our mobile app to get access to the APIs, my guest’s users on the desktop behave wired when they add the products in the cart or increase the quantity the cart gets clear. Please help, as such an issue, we cannot accept.

    Sounds like a plugin conflict possibly one that uses Ajax for the cart.

    I use the WooCommerce System Status Report to help evaluate the issue. Without this report I won’t be able to fully evaluate this issue.

    The System Status Report is found in your WordPress admin under **WooCommerce > Status**. Please select “Get system report”, then “Copy for support”, and then paste it here.
