    All is well configured however I never receive the cart_updated event or anything linked to cart.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    For the track events to be well logged on Sendinblue, ensure you have enabled marketing automation. This article goes into further detail: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209579245.

    It will also be necessary to be logged into an account on the store in order to be well identified.

    Once you have reviewed the installation article, could you let me know if the issue persists?

    Yes it is well configured as I receive order_completed events.
    But I don’t receive cart_updated and cart_deleted events

    Hello There,

    please make sure that the tracker is enabled, in the plugins settings or that the tracking script is correctly implemented.
    Check the source code of your rendered check-out page to make sure that the script from https://sibautomation.com/ is correctly loaded.

    Please keep in mind that the script only track users, which are login/created an account in your shop.

    Make sure that you don’t you use any ad/script blockers, they can interfere or block the creation of the required cookie.
