Cart emptying on refresh

    Been using this plugin flawlessly for years but recently I noticed I have not had sales for a few days, it’s not normal but thought it was just slow. Then got a message from someone saying their cart kept saying empty after adding something. I had a look and it happened to me too. cart emptying on refresh or changing page or trying to access cart after adding something to the cart.

    My use case is: Numbered art prints, so variable products. It was set to empty after 20 minutes, i tried changing that to see if it would help. I’ve done the wordpress update recenly and wondering if that’s what’s broken it.

    deactivated the plugin and the problem goes away, tried deactivating other plugins with this one still on and it remains, so it does appear at first glance to be this plugin having the issue but i’m no techie. Had to deactivate it now but really hope it can be fixed as it’s a brilliant plugin

  • I’m having the same issue – I tried deactivating the plugin and the problem stops, however I obviously lose the functionality of the plugin which is exactly what I need….

    As you can see I’ve had no reply. I’ve had to have it deactivated this entire time and it has caused me customer issues. I tried something else that claims to do the same but that gave me different problems. It’s extremely annoying. If you find an alternative solution please let me know!

    Just here to add that I am having the same issue unfortunately.

    It’s quite frustrating as this plugin is exactly what I needed and there seems to be no real alternative out there.

    Would love to see this working or would be happy to know another plugin with the functionality alternatively.

    Just want to say that I would be so happy to pay for this plugin – it has been brilliant and works so well… because it’s no longer supported and is deprecated I feel I should replace it. Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE Reserve Stock for woocommerce by Addify. It costs U$64 and not only does it not look good, on my site it stalls at the 1 second countdown and the stock is not released again. Has anyone managed to find a plugin that works?
