Cart empty issue on checkout page

  • Hi there. Is there any particular reason why you are clicking the purchase button multiple times? After you click it the first time, is it just hanging and not completing the payment?

    Hi,
    Yes there is a reason for doing so. We have used this plugin for our products. Our Qa team is doing testing of this module and they have raised this issue. It could be possible that a user can click purchase button multiple times but doing so shouldn’t display “empty cart” even if products are there. So please check this issue and find out the solution.
