Cart doesn′t update on state select

Hi Rizwan.
I have been experimenting with your plugin and seems that the cart doesn′t update automatically via ajax on changing the state or province.

Can you please tell me what can be done to solve this issue. If you want I can send you via email a link to the website I am working on.
