Cart % Discount with capped

  • Hi,
    I am trying to setup a discount like below:

    20% Cart discount and capped at $25.

    Any idea how can we achieve this?

    This isn’t possible with WooCommerce out of the box and would require either custom coding or an additional plugin / extension.
