    Hello @jcalcagni2008,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It seems that you have checked the test email. When you send the test email it shows the DUMMY-COUPON.

But in the real-time plugin will create the original coupon and will be sent to customers. The random string will generate as a coupon name. You cannot change it.

To test the real-time email you can abandon the cart with your email address.

Let us know if you have any questions.

hello, i would like to exclude those generated coupons from discounted products, i can achieve that creating a coupon manually but not the ones from cart abandonmen

    Hello @omarcp,

The coupons generated by the plugin will be applied to the whole cart. It will not exclude any product.

You can create the coupon manually and add it to the email template. But the user needs to copy and paste the coupon code. IT will not add it automatically.

Also, the same coupon will be sent to all the users.

Let us know if you have any questions.
