I have the plugin configured with conditional logic to hide one of the flat shipping options for a specific category.

But when I add a product with that category, the shipping option still appears at checkout.

See the two screen shots here:

You can see that both flat rate options are still appearing. Do I have something configured incorrectly?

    Many thanks!

    Donna

    Hello olivmich,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I have just tested our plugin latest version 1.0.7 and category based hide shipping rules working fine.

Can you please double verify the rules again and also the product category assigned correctly?

If you share a small video with all the settings and product category settings that would be good for us to review your query in detail.

    Best Regards,

    Thank you so much!

I think the rules are working now but I do have another question.

    I have two shipping rates:

    1. Flat rate $10 for all products except a calendar

    2. Flat rate $5 for a calendar

If only the calendar is in the cart, I want only the $5 calendar rate to show. BUT if the calendar AND another product is in the cart, I only want the higher, $10 flat rate to show.

I can’t seem to get that to work. Here is a short video:

Here are screenshots of the 3 settings:

    Thank you for any help!

You need to update the Flat rate calendar rules to:

    1. Cart contains the product = “Calendar product”

    2. Cart contains the product = “Select all the products except Calendar”

Hope this will work for you.
