Cart / Checkout price doesnt update

  • Hi,

    I have a similar problem to what others have recently reported. Individual product pricing is being updated based on selected product add ons but those changes to pricing arent being added to the item in the cart or at checkout.

    I have tried with a default theme, I have rolled back to 4.13 version, turned a range of plugins off all with no change.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi there!

    I have checked you site and I could see an error in the console, could you, please fix it just to be discard any error ?

    Also, did you try with the default wp theme and all of your other plugins disabled with the same result?

    Hi Vanesa,

    The error persists even with the plugin that was causing the ‘console error’ you mentioned disabled.
    I have also tested with the default theme activated and all plugins other than woo commerce disabled.
    The ‘ajax add to cart’ is also disabled in Woo commerce.
    Not sure what else to try.

    After further testing I found that If I re-created an add-on block from new then it would work as expected. For some reason all the add-on blocks I had created pre plugin upgrade wouldn’t work but all new ones do.

    Annoying to have to go through and recreate all of the blocks again but this is a live site and at least it is working again now.
