Cart/Checkout isn’t showing gift-card redeem

    Hi, I just installed the plugin, however, I don’t see any place to redeem the gift-card on either /cart or /checkout. I’ve tried all possible combinations for placement in the plugin settings. I’m using elementor pro and hello theme to create /cart and /checkout. Is the plugin compatible with this setup?

    I figure it out and it’s working for now. False alarm.

    So I got it to display in /cart page when it’s above proceed to checkout, but it doesn’t display properly when set to ‘below coupon’ area.

    It sounds like the standard HTML template is not compatible with your theme to show below the coupon area.

    You can override the HTML template to make it work with your theme by following the instructions here:

    If you need help with the specific HTML you will need to contact your Theme developer.
