    Hi everyone,

    On mobile phones, some of my customers are experiencing issues with the Cart. They press on it and nothing appears.

    You can go to the link I attached and see for yourself and you can also see photo attached.

    It’s as if the cart is bugged and not showing products and checkout button.

    Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that some of your customers are unable to add products to cart when using their mobile phones, correct?

    I checked your site using my Android mobile phone, however, I am unable to replicate the issue. I was able to add a product to my cart as you can see below:

    Can you please confirm if this was happening to all of your customers? Were you able to replicate the issue on your end too?

    If so, can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?
