Getting some JS errors on cart with 8.3.0 – can’t update cart, can’t remove items, can’t add coupon, etc. Rolling back to 8.2.2 fixes the issue. PHP, WP and all plugins are latest – not using a block theme either.
From what I understand, you’re experiencing some issues with your cart functionality after updating from version 8.2.2 to 8.3.0. Specifically, you’re unable to update your cart, remove items, or add coupons and you’re seeing a JavaScript error: “t.addClass(…).block is not a function” in cart.min.js. You’ve also mentioned that reverting back to version 8.2.2 resolves the issue.
Firstly, I’d like to reassure you that I have personally investigated this issue for you. I tested the same process using the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and our free Storefront theme, without any other plugins enabled. However, I was unable to reproduce the problem, which leads me to believe that the issue may be specific to your setup.
Here are a few suggestions that may help resolve your issue:
Plugin Conflict Test: Disable all other plugins except WooCommerce to check if the issue persists. If it disappears, one of the plugins could be conflicting. You can identify the problematic plugins by reactivating them one by one and observing if the issue reappears.
Theme Conflict Test: Switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and check if the issue persists. If it disappears, your theme might be causing the problem. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
If these steps don’t resolve the problem, could you share your site’s System Status with us? This will help us get a clearer picture of your site’s setup and aid in identifying the issue. You can access it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Also, if you have any fatal error logs, we’d appreciate it if you could share those with us. You can locate them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it within a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation! We’re committed to helping you resolve this issue.
Cheers for the detailed response – was a script order issue in our custom theme.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.
