cart bounty export and database issue

    We are currently using the Cart Bounty Pro plugin. However, we’ve encountered an issue where, upon exporting all the data, the name and number fields are not visible in the datasheet. I’ve investigated the database, and unfortunately, the data is also not visible there. Strangely, the information is visible on the website. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this problem?
