Cart and Packing Slip do not include personalisation

I am using theme twenty fourteen with the basic wp ecommerce and a child theme.

I have 3 products which are for membership application or renewal each have 3 variations and have a personalisation box.

The variations all show in the cart and store sales log in ‘Items ordered’ and ‘Users Custom Fields’

The customers product personalisation also shows in the store sales log

I would like the packing slip to show the customers product personalisation text.
