    I did various test and discovered that if my site is multilingual and have enabled WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency then in the shopping cart when making a transport selection it does not persist and becomes checkout. For example, I select DPD delivery in the shopping cart, but when I go to the checkout, the delivery is from an Omniva parcel machine.

    I turned off all modules and changed the theme but the problem persists only when WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with WPML is turned on.

    I’m afraid it is not correct as we can be block by the moderators. We can only intervene here if the problem is exclusive to WooCommerce Multilingual which is not your case.
    Furthermore, according to your description we would need to access to your site and there is no way we can do it safely here.

    You can activate your WordPress debug.log information and check if there is any PHP error. This may give you a clue about how to continue.

    To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    In this case the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

    If you want to access to WPML support, you need to use the credentials you got when you bought WPML, otherwise, you need to get a license.

    However, if there are not WooCommerce Multilingual errors I’m afraid I can’t help you in this forum.

    As I said, I can’t get to that page. I can’t get the wpml page to display for some reason. I have purchased and have been to the wpml page before.
