Cart and Checkout Block Support

Plugin versions 2.1 and above are compatible with WooCommerce Cart and Checkout blocks. Please let me know if you are facing any issues with the same.

We’re progressing with the migration to the Block-base checkout and cart blocks in WooCommerce.

The plugin is still flagging that is incompatible. as per screenshot.

I’ve tried replicating the issue at my end. But things are working fine. I do not see any message related to incompatibility.

I have WordPress 6.7.1, WooCommerce 9.5.1 and Quotes for WooCommerce 2.7 (https://app.screencast.com/niYqdecDvqAmn)

As you can see the Ask for Quote payment method is available in the Blocks based checkout page. It’s strange that you are receiving this warning. I know of many plugin users who are using the plugin with blocks based Checkout without any warnings or issues.

Can you kindly try to deactivate and activate the plugin once?

I suggest you try to use the blocks based Checkout page in spite of the warning and let me know if you can see the ‘Ask for Quote’ payment method at Checkout when the cart contains quoted products.

The “Ask for Quote” payment method is not displaying, despite being active.

This is a link to the plugin GitHub repository.

The main class file declares compatibility. This is the function which declares compatibility with new WooCommerce features.

As you can see, compatibility has been declared with Cart and Checkout Blocks on line 58.

This file ensures the Ask for Quote payment method is available with Checkout Blocks. The JS code for the same can be found in the build/ folder.

Our devs have successfully troubleshooted the issue and it is now working with the block editor.

The issue now is that it doesn’t seem to be compatible with “Role-Based Payment / Shipping Methods” by WooCommerce.

Can you kindly elaborate on the issue you are facing? Does the “Role-Based Payment / Shipping Methods” plugin hide the Ask for Quote payment method?

I’m assuming here that the plugins worked compatibly on the legacy checkout page. Please confirm.
