    Hi,

You seem to have space characters in your GTM event trigger:

You shouldn’t use any space character around your | characters. Could you check this please?

    Hi, Thanks for answering!

After a few days of test, it became certain that the Enhanced Ecommerce data is collected normally as you see in this picture.

However, as in this picture, the Cart Abandonment part of the data is not being collected. Would you let me know which part I should check out?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

You have a direct checkout button on your product detail pages. This is not part of the default WooCommerce flow. Users clicking on that button will not generate an add to cart event thus in your funnel report you will not see the cart abandonment.

Hi is there other option to make the datalayer show even if with direct checkout button?

This is currently only possible if you add the add to cart event by yourself with some custom codes in your theme.

    Hello,

I have the same problem as well, cart abandonment is empty. The add to cart event is working fine because I can track it with goals. What could be the reason?

    Hi,

Your “Event action” parameter in the ecommerce helper tag does not seem to have any value which prevents GA to properly track add to cart events.

Thank you for the quick reply ?? Why do you think that’s the case? The rest of the events are working fine and I pretty much just followed your guide.

I opened your site and put products into the cart.
I am using the dataLayer Inspector+ Chrome extension to check GTM and GA activity on a site and I saw here that while adding a product to the cart does not include an event action parameter which is required.

Could you post a screenshot about your ecommerce helper GA event tag?

Based on your screenshots, everything should work fine.

This might sound like a noob question: aren’t there any pending changes in the container?
At the top right part of the header, what number do you see next to “Workspace Changes:”

Nope. I’ve set it up a while ago. I’ve noticed there are some errors in the log. Would this help?

Could you tell me what WooCommerce and WordPress version you are using?

Both the latest. WP 4.9.8, WooCommerce 3.4.5.

I am using the setup setup on my testing site.
Could you also post the name of your theme? And perhaps the list of other plugins currently active?
