I think his site is just static html5 but mine is WP that I’m using a child of twentytwelve on. His looks like a double slider, you’ll see the bottom carousel moves with the top. But the top seems to be like a portfolio CPT? and opens in a lightbox when you click the read more button. It’s pretty cool and I’m just out here wondering if it resembles the functions of any living WP plugin at the moment.

Alternatively, you can custom code that exact slider into your theme. If you can not DIY, a web designer/developer should be able to do it in a few hours.
