Carousel Slider Like This

Wondering if anyone has a referral for a Carousel Slider plugin like this slider here:

I think his site is just static html5 but mine is WP that I’m using a child of twentytwelve on. His looks like a double slider, you’ll see the bottom carousel moves with the top. But the top seems to be like a portfolio CPT? and opens in a lightbox when you click the read more button. It’s pretty cool and I’m just out here wondering if it resembles the functions of any living WP plugin at the moment.
