I noticed when accessing the Widget Editor with WP_DEBUG turned on that I’m getting the following PHP notice at the top of the page:

Notice: Function wp_enqueue_script() was called incorrectly. “wp-editor” script should not be enqueued together with the new widgets editor (wp-edit-widgets or wp-customize-widgets). Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 5.8.0.) in /var/www/REDACTED/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5865

I turned off all of the plugins on the site so I could test them one-by-one to determine which is triggering this notice, and I found that it’s Carousel Slider Block.

This particular type of notice in WordPress frustratingly does not include a useful stack trace, but hopefully this is enough to go on for you to investigate the issue.
