Carousel Posts opening in a popup

Hello !
Would it be possible to add a click behavior on the Posts Carousel and Posts Grid/List blocks that would open the selected post in a popup with a a closing cross ? This way when the visitor closes it, he’s still on the posts carousel/list page and doesn’t feel lost.
For a Post Carousel showing only thumbnail + title + one line excerpt, an iframe overlay for each post would be a great feature to save space and time !
