carousel of new products don’t work

  • Hello, since the update I have a problem with the carousel of new products. The first image is normal but the others are small. In fact the carousel only takes up half the page whereas before it was the whole page. I would like to point out that I didn’t touch anything.

    I visited the site you linked, but the carousel isn’t from Kadence Blocks. I notice you have a different Kadence product, the Ascend Premium theme. Are you using the Ascend shortcode for the carousel as described at https://docs.kadencewp.com/virtue-premium/shortcodes/? If so, does the problem happen when you’re using the parent theme instead of the child theme?

    Please, follow the steps in Kadence’s troubleshooting article, including clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts. You can use the troubleshooting plugin to test if the problem occurs when the parent theme is active.
