Carousel Not Showing

I have WordPress 5.2.3 installed, and the only plugin I have active at the moment is this Custom Post Carousels with Owl version 1.0.8. I follow the installation instructions. I created a new carousel and get a shortcode of “[dd-owl-carousel id=”26″]”, but it does not show up on a page or post after I enter the shortcode.

I have tried every taxonomy radio button. The only thing that shows up is a comment from the hello world post, but the post itself doesn’t show up. Nor do any of the other test posts I made to have something for the carousel to switch to.

This is a fresh install running on a WAMP server, and I am using the default twentynineteen wordpress theme. Apache version 2.4.39, PHP version 7.2.18, and MySQL version 5.7.26. I assume if my browsers have javascript locked down, this carousel doesn’t work? Please let me know what other options I might try to get this working. Thank you for your time.
