Carousel mega menu

Hello how do you make a carousel mega menu (horizontal)? Are there plugins for it?

I am familiar with Quad Menu (see link below)

but are there other options? For example, by making something yourself? Or similar plugins?

The intention is that people can navigate through the menu from left to right with buttons (like a slider).
