Carousel issue with Firefox

I’ve noticed in Firefox that the Carousel arrows overlap the window frame, obscuring the scrollbar. With full size images, unless you instinctively use the mouse wheel, it isn’t immediately obvious how you get to the lower comment/meta data part. My immediate reaction was to click on the word comment which did the trick but getting nback up again took me a while to figure out that pressing the arrow did it, and then nearly two weeks to work out the mouse wheel does it.

Perhaps I’m just a bit stupid but it does look untidy. It doesn’t happen with IE, not sure about Safari or Chrome.

And why oh why is that close window X in the top left, I know you have to try and be different but that’s a bit like putting a door handle a foot off the ground! People will find it eventually but will always think it’s a pain.
