• Hi. I’m having a problem with the images sizes in the carousel. I changes them to 360 wide x 260 high. When I published they were huge! They were also higher than wide — made sure that I had the numbers where they should be in the settings. I tried lowering the numbers, but no change… still enormous and taller than wide. Tried to go back to the default, but don’t remember what those are. Tried deleting and reinstalling plugin, but now shows the default as 360 wide x 260 high.

Am I doing something wrong? What can I do to fix the size?

    Thanks!

Hi. I didn’t find one, but I didn’t spend much time after posting this. It was for the slider area of client’s site. I ended up using LayerSlider which I highly recommend. Great guy, provides prompt support, and goes out of his way to figure out a solution to a problem.

However, it’s much more involved doing a carousel — requires animation. The preset “Carousel” transition in Layerslider isn’t the same type of carousel Shortcodes does.

I hope they do find a solution. I’ll probably want to use Shortcodes for doing a carousel elsewhere. There was an update last week, but I haven’t checked it out — maybe they fixed this?
