    Hi @rocketmediauk,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have checked your website and it seems there are errors in the console of the browser. Which is why the carousel acting unusual. Check the screenshot.

In order to fix the error, make sure the column values on each setting for mobile devices are not empty. Check the screenshot.

    Hi @rocketmediauk,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the latest version of the plugin, we have moved from Slick.js to Swiper.js to improve the performance. The slider is not functioning properly due to the console error. We have checked the local setup after updating the plugin and the issue didn’t occur.

We would request you update the shortcode once again and create a new shortcode using the same configuration. Let us know if the error is still visible in the new slider or not.

As the issue is not visible at our end, we appreciate your cooperation to fix this.

    Have a nice day.

I deactivated all other plugins and the problem still exists. The google console after all other plugins were removed only shows this error

    Uncaught TypeError: wpcpSwiperData.slidesToShow is undefined

    Hi @rocketmediauk,

This error indicates that the ‘slideToShow’ value in the column setting is not defined. Check the screenshot for a better understanding.

Can you please give us a screenshot of your general settings?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a nice day.

    Best regards,
