    Could you try to disable any other Comment or Anti-Spam plugins currently active on your site, and let me know if this helps? It could help us find out if there are any plugin conflicts at play here.

    I noticed that you use a plugin named “Comment Validation”. Could you start with this one? The Cubepoints plugin could also affect the Carousel.

    Thank you Jeremy! I’ve tried deactivating each of the recommended plugins and additional ones and it still is not working.

    Could you try to switch to a different theme for a few minutes, and see if that helps?
