Hello friend, first of all congratulations for the excellent plugin that you made available to us, I would like to report that the carrousel widget, despite working very well on desktop, on mobile it requires two clicks (taps), that is, the first touch it executes the hover effect(zoom, sephia) and only second it goes to target link, even if I leave hover effect set as none, I tried by CSS to hide hover class but to no avail. Do you have any idea how to solve it? Or if possible an update that solves it?

Additional Information: This error only reproduces on iOS devices, Android and Chrome Desktop Mobile Responsive mode, we were unable to reproduce and it works as it should.

    Thanks.

    Hi @ccsites

Thanks so much for your kind words.

Well, I have checked your page, and after further investigation, it seems to be related to iOS itself. Android treats hover and click events as one thing, and this does not seems to happen with iOS which triggered the hover effect, then once you click again the click event is triggered.

Could you please use Elementor button widget on your page, give a hover color/background to it, then check the behavior on iOS devices and let me know?

    Hello budy, how are you?
I tested it here, on the page you can see below, and the hover button works normally on iOS, only the carousel requires double tapping to check the destination link.

Let me know if you need anything else.

The team is currently working on this. Could you please just confirm that the issue does not happen when you click on the button below the post image? Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

Hello friend, I did the test from the button and I realized that it works normally, just the photo with hover effect (although disabled) that is causing the double tap.
