carousel and mosaic conflict

  • I love these plugins but in my current theme installation, when both plugins are activated, the featured image gets highjacked and starts showing an overlay. When I turn off one or the other. Each works as intended.

    Any idea why when both are active the functionality would misbehave?

    The 2 modules appear to be working properly on my end. Could you try to switch to one of the default themes like Twenty Fifteen for a few minutes, to be sure the problem isn’t limited to your theme? If that doesn’t help, could you try to deactivate all other gallery / slider / image plugins?

    If none of this helps, could you post a link to a post where I can look at the issue on your site?
