Can you provide a link to your site with that Carousel issue? Also when you disable that Jetpack module does the gallery work as you expect?

Thanks for the help, here’s a link to a page with a gallery:

Let me know what you think.

@josh Your original images appear to be quite large. It’s worth noting that if your server takes longer than 10 seconds to load the image, the upload to Photon will time out and your image will appear to be broken.

Could you try to upload smaller images, and let me know if it helps?

    Hi Jeremy,

I gave it a shot and reduced a gallery size to 100k images. This time I did notice a difference as they loaded quicker into Carousel, but a couple seconds later the page reverts to the Error page.

Should I try uploading even smaller images or maybe something else?

    Thanks,
    Josh

Could you send me the URL to one of these broken images, so I can have a closer look at the issue?

    Thanks!

I am facing the same error. There is a ‘#’ missing in the URL when the images change.

Here is an example in my site.
    Carousel

If you try to move to the next image, the url appears as: “domain/post/jp-carousel-99” instead of “domain/post/#jp-carousel-99” causing the 404 error.

Oh and if you hit the Back button, the carousel is loaded again with the next image as it was supposed to.

I hope this is exactly the same error that Josh is reporting.

    Thanks!

@jolish Your problem seems to be a bit different. It’s most likely caused by another plugin, or some custom redirection rules in your site’s .htaccess file.

Could you try to disable any redirection plugins that may be active on your site, and let me know if it helps?
