    Hi,
    I am running through the final steps of placing an order but after inputting all
    the necessary details and agreeing to the t&c the place order button doesn’t send me anywhere. Nor does it accept my order. I’ve tried disabling all the plugins except for woo-commerce and the payment gateway and i am still stuck, unable to place the order.
    Problem: Checkout page, place order button. Method: Cartflow
    I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me with my situation.

    Hi there,

    I’ve just worked through a sample checkout process on your website and noticed that the following error message is generated when clicking on “Place Order”:

    The error in question is coming from the payment gateway you have active: 2 Checkout. To troubleshoot this further, we recommend getting in touch with the developers of that payment gateway plugin to investigate it in more detail.

    As a quick test to confirm that this is indeed related to 2Checkout, you could temporarily add a different payment gateway like BACS to see if order confirmation page is shown to the customer after “payment”.

    Ive spoken with them and they asked me to
    1. Enable return after sales.
    2. Set the Approved URL to your Woo-commerce store.
    3. Select Header redirect.
    I have complied but there isn’t any progress. I am still unable to make any order go through as the button on the checkout page wont respond.
    Looking for further assistance.

    Hi @nigelernest – If you haven’t already at this point, you’ll want to continue working with the payment gateway developer for further assistance, as this is beyond WooCommerce support.
