Careful! No support on paid version!!!!

Hello there,

To everyone wishing to buy this plugin, be advised that there is no support.

I opened two tickets via my paid account on their website,
one being a bug report, one being a request for help,
and I haven’t heard back from them for ten days already.

Great plugin and all, but absolutely no support, even for paid users.
