Credit Card processign checkbox disbaled automatically

this morning I talked with the customer.
He told me that actually the credit card wasn’t connected to a Paypal account (even on ACS seems he paid with PayPal)
He did a payment with the credit card and we didn’t receive any payment on PayPal.
And we didn’t receive payment in our PayPal account dashboard.
Please, let me know as soon as possible what we can do as the customer is worried about his money.
From woocommerce>settings>payment Credit card processing checkbox is uncheck I tried to make enable and check the box but after saving it again become an uncheck box in card processing section
