Card Carousel Slider has disappeared

Hi there,
I used the card carousel widget on my site. After a few days it was suddenly gone. I could not see it in Elementor, nor on the site itself.
So I created it again. But it doesn’t appear on the site anymore! (It disappers in Elementor, too, when I refresh the page).
But on another subpage of my website (https://www.h48bleibt.org/english/#stories) it still works. So I copied and pasted the slider from that page, but nothing happens.
What could be the reason for this?

I use Phlox Theme (up to date), Elementor (up to date) and the latest version of WordPress. My PHP version is 7.3.
