card of shift_jis page results in garbled characters

    Thanks for the great plugin, I like that it is simpler and lighter than Pz-LinkCard.
    I found one problem: when I create a card for a page encoded in shift_jis, the characters are garbled.

    Example:
    https://www.itmedia.co.jp/news/articles/2402/01/news106.html

    I think the real problem is with websites that are still creating shift_jis pages in HTML 4.01, but it would be great if you could fix this problem. Do you have any plans to do so?

    Thanks for the report.

    In the latest version 1.40, can specify the character encoding. Can specify it from blocks and shortcodes.
