    Hi @rakeshdecipher

    Thanks for reporting this issue.

Is there any test product on your site that does not require registration to check the card input fields at checkout?

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you’re seeing and your system status? You can find it via?WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.

    Thank you!

I was able to resolve this by adding “Funnelkit” plugin just for the checkout page as it was urgent.

There seems to be a conflict between “Astra” theme and the “woocommerce Square” plugin , as i noticed this issue resolved when i deactivated Astra.

Store checkout page is critical and I cant reproduce the error but I did take the screenshots before :

Thank you for your patience and for providing the screenshots to illustrate the issue you’re experiencing. I understand how critical the checkout process is for your online store, and I appreciate the steps you’ve taken to address the problem.

Based on your description, it does sound like there might be a conflict between your Astra theme and the WooCommerce Square plugin. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help us further investigate and hopefully resolve this issue:

    1. Please ensure all your plugins and themes are updated to the latest versions. Outdated versions can sometimes cause unexpected issues or conflicts.
    2. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like “Storefront” and check if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, it’s likely that the problem is specifically related to the Astra theme.
    3. If the problem still exists after switching themes, try deactivating all other plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Square. If the issue is resolved, you can then reactivate the plugins one by one. This process will help identify if there’s another plugin causing the conflict. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

In addition, I recommend reaching out to the Astra theme support team. They may have encountered similar issues and could provide helpful insights. Here is the direct link to the Astra theme support page: ?? Astra theme support.

Please let us know how these steps work for you. We’re here to help ensure your WooCommerce store runs smoothly.
