Card input field in add payment method page not showing on Tablet

Hello,

As described in the title, card input field doesn’t show in the page: my account – payment methods – add payment method. This problem only happens on Tablet and only in this specific page. In other words, in checkout page it works totally fine on any device; in add to payment page it works fine on desktop and mobile but doesn’t work on tablet. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Thank you very much.
