Card Details Form Fields do not display

Have installed plugin for SumUp with WooCommerce, everything configured and set up.

Payment option appears in Checkout, but when selected, the input fields for card details do not display. It appears the jquery that should trigger when the payment method is chosen is not doing so, or something is suppressing the output and keeping it hidden. The select event is recognised as the header div “pay with credit card using sumup” appears, it’s just the form entry fields…which are powered through jquery) which don’t.

I’ve tried uninstalling other plugins, reverting to a standard wordpress theme, all to no avail….the same behaviour occurs.

If I just put that element on a page on it’s own, the same behaviour occurs unless I remove the display:none (in which case the fields appear), but this isn’t how the integration with woocommerce is supposed to work.
