Card and Klarna payment through Stripe

    Hello,
    I am having issues with the payment through card and Klarna in my shop.
    I am very new to this, but I have tried to follow all steps to install the plugins according to the instructions.

    But there is no box for card details in the checkout. And Klarna is blank, so this cannot be used either.

    The Stripe support says everything looks correct on their end. WordPress says this is not caused by any wp components.

    I have tried resetting to a default theme and deactivating all other plugins, but the error remains.

    Hi @olahall,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi,

    Like I said, I have already tried this. With a default theme, thogh…
    Anyway, I tried with the Storefront theme now…

    Only Woocommerce and Stripe gateway active…Doesn′t work…
    This is what it looks like…

    Hi @olahall,

    You’re testing on your staging site here, correct? If so, could you kindly remove everything from the checkout page and insert the checkout shortcode to see how it works? Don’t forget to set the page template to default.

    I noticed you’re using the Elementor checkout widget on the checkout page, which might not be compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.
