Car title character limit again (19 Characters)

Hi there

Running version 1.5.6 – in my listings the titles are cut off at 19 characters.

I found this link to a really old support topic on this, but you said the line had been removed (and I checked cd-template.php – it’s not there), so why are the titles still being cut?
