car service notification with woocommerce

I have a room booking website for a particular residence. Many of the customers use car service pick up and or drop off. I am looking for a clever way of alerting the 3rd party car service of the customers flight information if the service is selected.
Right now I have the car service option as an “Extra” at the time of check out. I was hoping that the customer would only have to enter their information once time. WHile they are entering in their name for payment processing perhaps a copy of that information (or a summarized version) would be sent to the car service. But only when the car service is selected. I am not a coder and would hire someone to establish this function.
