Car Demon – with twentytwelve basic theme

    GREAT plugin! well done for supply so far… got a couple of queries if you can help…
    1. No Prices seem to be showing on any vehicle, any page (only dummy info for 3 cars at moment)? (www.londoncarexchange.com)
    2. Can’t seem to get the ‘cars-for-sale’ page display at all? Does not show up in the theme ‘template’ options when setting up pages? Should it be there?
    Bit of a novice, just picking through an otherwise intuitive plugin. Any help appreciated, have read other queries, but not answered…

    Forgot to say using the basic ‘twentytwelve’ theme at moment, so nothing complicated.
    Have switched CarDemon options on and off to find a solution, without success.

    Ignore the price query, finding out as I go – can turn on off in contact settings – buried, but found!
    The other part is how to display all the cars for sale – say on the home page, rather than just showing the ‘random’ cars section? or as a response to using search. Basically need to just show all the vehicles for sale.
