Car Club Software

Our Citroen Car club website is lacking a few features which I have not as yet been able to solve. What we are looking for is as follows:

1) A plugin that allows us to send emails requesting membership renewal on annual bases. However the membership fee depends on the type of member you are and the geographical region in our country.

2) As we are a car club we like to record details of our members vehicles. Currently we ask for those details in the member profile but that is slowing the loading of the profile down. So request if anyone knows about a plugin that allows us to store vehicle details for each member.

I have scanned for appropriate plugins but to date have failed to find one. If anyone can help pointing us in the right direction or knows of any existing solutions then your help is greatly appreciated.
